The project was managed really smoothly, and I never felt stressed about where things stood (which is always a win). Communication was clear, everything stayed on track, and the whole process felt easy from my side.

"Good team to work with, smooth overall"
I worked with KPMG on some client relationship-related work, it was a good experience overall. The team was easy to get in touch with, they actually listened to what we were trying to do, and they didn’t turn every little thing into a big complicated process.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few replies took a little longer than we expected, especially when we were waiting on quick updates, though to be fair, it was never a huge issue and they were always helpful once they got back to us. Overall, they were professional, easy to work with, and I’d be happy to work with them again.

"Strong digital tools with a few minor navigation quirks"
I spent some time on kpmg.com looking through their digital tools and reports, and overall I was impressed. The site feels modern, professional, and it gives you a lot of confidence that they know what they’re doing in areas like innovation, data, and technology. There’s a solid amount of useful content, and it’s presented in a way that feels credible without being overwhelming. A few pages did take some extra clicking to get to what I needed, so the experience isn’t completely seamless, but it’s still a strong site overall and definitely better than a lot of other corporate websites I’ve used.

"Practical help that made a real difference"
To be fair, we had some messy processes and reporting issues before bringing in KPMG, and they didn’t overpromise or make it feel more complicated than it needed to be. The team was practical, straightforward, and focused on fixing what actually mattered. We started seeing improvements fairly quickly, which made the whole experience feel worth it.

"Didn’t get the tax help I expected"
I used KPMG looking for some tax advisory guidance, but it was harder than I expected to get a clear answer. A few sections were helpful, sure, but did it actually solve my issue?? Not really. For a name like KPMG and what I expected cost-wise, I thought the advice would be more practical and easier to apply. Maybe I was expecting too much??

We worked with KPMG for our audit and overall they did a really solid job. From my experience, their team was thorough, and the final numbers lined up with what we were expecting. They also caught a few smaller issues we had overlooked, which ended up being genuinely helpful.
The only reason I’d rate them 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the back-and-forth took longer than I would’ve liked. That said, when it came to accuracy and attention to detail, they delivered, and I’d feel comfortable using them again...
"Helpful when I was mentally drained"
I used KPMG to check out their services in a few different countries, i was already feeling mentally drained when I started. Thankfully, it wasn’t hard to find the information I needed, which made the whole thing less frustrating.
What stood out to me was how connected their global network feels. It seems like they have local teams in a lot of places, but everything still comes across as organized and consistent, which I really appreciated.
The site isn’t super flashy or anything, but for a big firm, it felt clear, practical, and easy enough to use. Overall, it was a solid experience, especially on a day when I didn’t have much brainpower left.

I had an issue with some account info and I was a bit stressed about it at the time because I wasn’t sure who I was supposed to contact. KPMG support got back to me faster than I expected and explained everything in plain language, which helped a lot. It took one follow-up, but after that it was fixed. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

They did respond really quickly and showed up right on time, which I appreciated. That said, I was a bit annoyed because the communication beforehand wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect

"Helpful service, just a little slow"
I used kpmg.com to look up some info and get in touch with the team about a few business tax questions. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and the person who got back to me explained things clearly without making it feel overly complicated.
The only reason I’d hold back from giving it 5 stars is that the reply took a bit longer than I was expecting. That said, once I did hear back, the support was professional, useful, and solid
